Top 90 Things To Do In Los Angeles
81 Free Jazz
You can listen to some excellent Jazz music for nothing at the
Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Friday Nights.
82 El Alisal
Looking like a castle Charles F Lummis (El Alisal) Home in Highland
Park is either beautiful, interesting or both depending upon your
view point.
The building is partially made of rock and telephone poles. Built
over a hundred years ago it was built to last.
83 Santa Barbara
Day tripable from LA Santa Barbara offers golden sand, shops, galleries
and quality cafes and restaurants.
84 Aquarium of the Pacific
The Aquarium of the Pacific has an impressive recreation of a Lagoon
and Barrier Reef.
85 Whisky A Go-Go
Whiskey A Go-Go is where the Doors were once a house band. Steeped
in history the Whisky a Go-Go is still a major part of the LA band
scene.
86 Japanese American National Museum
The Japanese American National Museum covers the internment of
the Japanese during world war two.
87 The Stars Baby the Stars (revisited)
You can see more stars on the ground than you can in the nights
sky. Not so say the astronomers but have you ever been in LA on
smoggy night say we.
Stars can be found in restaurants, clubs, all over the place. Beverly
Hills Hotel has a good reputation for the odd celebrity.
88 Skirball Cultural Center
American-Jewish museum and cultural center shows the experiences
and accomplishments of the Jewish people over the past 4000 years.
The center includes a Noah's Ark with 'whimsical animals'. It has
a serious side to it of course but I assume nothing to do with global
warming.
89 Movie in a Cemetery
They do show horror movies but not sure it is really necessary.
90 Play around in LA.
There are a few courses to choose from.
